Job Summary:

Passron Enterprises Limited is seeking a highly analytical, resourceful, and detail-oriented Technical Assistant (Research & Analysis) to provide direct support to the Managing Director. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in Economics, exceptional analytical ability, and sound judgment. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, analyzing business and market data, preparing reports and strategic briefs, and assisting the CEO in driving data-informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed economic, financial, and market research to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Analyze data and prepare concise reports, summaries, and presentations that provide actionable insights for the MD.
  • Monitor and evaluate market trends, government policies, and economic indicators that may impact the company's operations.
  • Support the MD with business planning, project evaluations, and performance monitoring.
  • Assist in developing strategic reports, proposals, and business models as required.
  • Manage sensitive documents and information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Draft correspondences, internal memos, and professional reports on behalf of the MD.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare necessary documentation, and ensure timely follow-up on agreed action points.
  • Serve as a reliable liaison between the MD's office and other departments, ensuring effective communication and information flow.
  • Provide administrative and analytical support as assigned by the MD.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, business analytics, or a related field, first class preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience supporting senior executives, MDs, or CEOs in business research, financial analysis, research analysis, executive support, or business strategy
  • Proven research, analytical, and quantitative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other analytical tools.
  • Excellent writing, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex information clearly.
  • Exceptional time management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver results under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in a research, consulting, or data analysis role is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with data visualization and business intelligence tools will be an added benefit.
  • Strong interest in economic trends, business strategy, and policy analysis.
