**Job Title: Creative Graphic Designer and Marketing Assistant

Reports to: Marketing Manager

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos State

Job Type – Full Time

Mode of Operation: On-site

Salary: #250k - #350k

Job Summary:**

We're seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer and Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team at 7 Fifteen Capital Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing visually compelling graphics and supporting marketing initiatives to showcase our luxury real estate developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visual Content Creation: Develop and create visually compelling graphics, including

logos, brochures, posters, videos, flyers, signage, digital banners, social media assets, and presentations.

  • Brand Consistency: Interpret brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all visual

elements and communication materials.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand project

requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet objectives and deadlines.

  • Design Iteration: Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring

accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail throughout the creative process.

  • Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and

marketing.

  • Digital Asset Management: Maintain and organize digital asset libraries and design files.
  • Marketing Strategy: Provide input and contribute ideas to marketing strategies and

campaigns.

  • External Collaboration: Work closely with external vendors, printers, and agencies as

needed.

  • Team Participation: Actively participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and

creative reviews.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.

Experience: 3+ years in graphic design and marketing, preferably in luxury real estate or

a similar industry.

  • Design Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)

  • Strong understanding of design principles and visual aesthetics

  • Luxury visual content creation

  • 3D visualization and rendering

  • Print and digital design

  • Photography and image editing

  • Typography and colour theory

  • Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work

  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with real estate marketing trends and luxury branding is

a plus.
