Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Lagos. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers via phone to present, promote, and sell products or services. They will handle customer inquiries, provide exceptional support, and maintain a positive customer experience. The role requires achieving sales targets, keeping detailed records of customer interactions, and participating in ongoing training programs to enhance skills.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to engage and address client needs effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal and written abilities.
• Proven experience in Sales or a related field, with the ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
• Capability to quickly learn and apply new Training materials and techniques to enhance job performance.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer management tools is an added advantage.
• Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
