Your Responsibilities...

  • You will welcome visitors warmly, ensuring they feel attended to from the moment they arrive.
  • You will manage phone calls, messages, inquiries, and front desk communication channels.
  • You will maintain a clean, professional, and organized reception area at all times.
  • You will carry out administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, documentation, and office logistics.
  • You will assist with coordinating meetings, visitor logs, and basic office operations.
  • You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
  • You will provide accurate information about the company's services when needed.
  • You will ensure the front desk is always functional, efficient, and welcoming.

To be considered, you should have

  • 1â2 years experience in front desk, customer service, or administrative roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic office tools (MS Office, email, call handling).
  • A friendly, confident, and professional demeanor.

Work model: On-site; Tejuosho, Yaba, Lagos

  • Schedule:
  • MondayâFriday: 8 a.m. â 6 p.m.
  • Saturday: 9 a.m. â 4 p.m.
