Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Sales:

  • Welcome and attend to customers in-store and online (DMs, WhatsApp, calls, website chats)
  • Provide product recommendations based on customer needs, preferences, and budget
  • Explain product features, textures, usage, and maintenance
  • Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and accessories
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed sales

Product Knowledge & Presentation:

  • Maintain strong knowledge of all hair products, textures, collections, and pricing
  • Demonstrate proper product handling, installation guidance, and care tips
  • Ensure display shelves and product areas are tidy and visually appealing

Order Processing & Support:

  • Assist customers with placing orders and payment processing
  • Coordinate pickup and delivery requests with the logistics team
  • Track and follow up on pending orders or inquiries

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build positive relationships with repeat customers
  • Collect feedback, testimonials, and complaints professionally
  • Escalate complex customer issues to management when required

Store & Operations Support:

  • Assist with stock checks and product counts
  • Help prepare product packs, labels, and customer bundles
  • Support store events, launches, and promotional campaigns

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Friendly, approachable, confident, and sales-oriented
  • Good knowledge or interest in beauty/hair extensions/wigs
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer and messaging app skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Loves interacting with customers
  • Enjoys beauty, fashion, and hair styling culture
  • Can remain polite, calm, and helpful under pressure
