Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Associate, based in Lagos with flexibility for remote work. In this role, you will engage clients to deliver excellent customer service, support the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies, and conduct training sessions. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to grow the customer base, assist in meeting sales targets, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive business success.

  • Strong Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to drive revenue and expand the client base
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to foster relationships and meet client needs
  • Experience in training and the ability to share knowledge effectively
  • Proficiency in building strategies and implementing plans for business growth
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills
  • Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and demonstrate teamwork
  • Prior experience in the financial services or related industry is a plus
  • OND/HND/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
