We at

are seeking a proactive, creative, and business-minded
Creative, Executive & Personal Assistant
who can bring structure, energy, and innovation to our growing brand.

This is a
hybrid role
— part remote, part in-person — and ideal for someone organised, adaptable, and eager to learn across multiple fields such as creativity, business, and personal development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and professional correspondence.
  • Support creative projects through script writing, idea development, and event coordination.
  • Handle brand emails, DMs, and online communication professionally.
  • Coordinate wardrobe and styling for events in line with brand image.
  • Liaise with stylists, vendors, and creative professionals.
  • Contribute to income-generating ideas and sales support.
  • Be open to learning about
    Forex and trading
    as part of our financial ecosystem.

Candidate Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong creative sense and eye for detail.
  • Tech-savvy, organized, and quick to adapt.
  • Eager to learn and grow personally and professionally.
  • Energetic, polished, and dependable.
  • Preferably lives
    within proximity to Guzape, Abuja
    for in-person collaboration.

Probation & Growth Structure

  • 2-month paid Probation period.
  • After successful probation and training, the role transitions to
    long-term employment.
  • If expectations aren't met within the probation period, the contract may be discontinued.

Interview Process

  1. Round 1 – Online Interview:
    Candidates will receive a Calendly link via email to select their interview slot.
  2. Round 2 – Physical Interview:
    Shortlisted candidates will meet with the team in person for evaluation and practical assessment.
