A Regional Sales Manager (EAST) is responsible for overseeing and drivingsales within a specific geographic region by developing strategies, managing ateam of sales representatives, and achieving revenue targets. Key dutiesinclude setting sales goals, analyzing performance, recruiting and training staff, managing budgets, and building client relationships. Carries responsibility for meeting and exceeding the monthly sales targetCarries responsibility for daily distributing mobiles from the assigned Distribution branch to wholesalers and dealers within the specified routeCarries responsibility for collecting dealers and wholesalers outstanding balanceSends daily sales report to Sales Supervisor Carries responsibility for the daily work plan (sales objectives, updating customer special cards, etc.) Tracks distributor stock levels and takes action to ensure optimum stock levelsMeets with distributors to promote new products as per instructions of Area Sales Manager and in coordination with Sales SupervisorEnsures understanding of dealers'/wholesalers' needs and problems and in a co -operative manner attempts to provide support to enable improved customer satisfactionEngages with customers and attempts to identify multiple needs aiming to enhance sales Performs administrative tasks such as recording of number of clients contacted, new leads, or products promoted upon request Ensures company property is well -maintained and in good working conditionPerforms other related duties Requirements Requirements INTERPERSONAL SKILLSExcellent communication skillsExcellent negotiation skillsPersuasivenessReliabilityHonestyResults -orientedCustomer -orientedDetermination to achieve the sales target TECHNICAL SKILLSUnderstanding how achieving the sales target affects the Distribution chain's business and its profitabilityAbility to solve conflicts with dealers or wholesalers on a daily basis Benefits SALARYSalary is very attractive based onyears of relevant experiencesNB: Interested candidates must have experiences in the salesof Small Domestic Appliances/TVs.
