Sales Executive

- We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to help us expand our reach and achieve our growth targets.
- As a Sales Executive, you will be on the front lines, responsible for driving the growth of our product portfolio. This includes deposit mobilization, loan origination, and promoting other financial services.
- You will be a key representative of the bank, building lasting relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction within your designated market.
Key Responsibilities
- Aggressively market and sell the bank's various products, including savings accounts, fixed deposits, current accounts, and loan products.
- Identify and prospect new customers (individuals, SMEs, and groups) to grow the bank's customer base and deposit volume.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor offerings, providing feedback to management.
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring high retention rates and cross-selling opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including pipeline and performance analyses.
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements during sales and onboarding processes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 2 Years in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven, successful experience in a sales role, preferably within a microfinance bank, cooperative society, commercial bank, or other financial institution.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding challenging sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of banking products and services, particularly those relevant to the cooperative/microfinance sector.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A high degree of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Salary
N150,000 per month.
