Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a variety of baked goods, including cakes, pastries, and breads
  • Innovate and develop new dessert recipes and seasonal offerings
  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet daily production targets
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a pastry or bakery role
  • Vocational training or certification in pastry arts
  • Must reside within the Lekki-Ajah axis of Lagos
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Working Hours

  • 6 days a week, shift-based
  • Flexibility required for weekends and holidays
