We're looking for a
Social Media Manager / Marketing Officer
who can help us build Landscale's digital presence, grow our online community, and communicate trust, transparency, and innovation in Nigerian real estate.

JOB OVERVIEW

You'll be responsible for developing and executing Landscale's marketing strategy across social media platforms, managing campaigns, engaging our audience, and driving growth through creative storytelling and performance marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement a
    social media strategy
    aligned with company goals.
  • Manage Landscale's social channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Facebook).
  • Create and schedule engaging
    content — posts, reels, stories, and videos.
  • Collaborate with the design and product teams to create
    launch and campaign assets.
  • Run
    paid ad campaigns
    and analyze performance metrics.
  • Track social insights and optimize campaigns for engagement and conversion.
  • Build and nurture relationships with
    real estate agents, influencers, and partners.
  • Manage
    email newsletters
    and community engagement activities.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management or marketing.
  • Proven ability to grow social media accounts and manage campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication skills.
  • Familiarity with
    Canva, Meta Business Suite, and even prompt engineering (prompting ChatGPT the right way).
  • Passion for
    real estate, tech, or startups
    is a strong plus.
  • Highly organized, creative, and data-driven mindset.
