Role Description and Requirements

  • This is a contract remote role for an experienced Digital Marketing Associate
  • This role is project based.
  • The role involves creating and executing digital marketing strategies, managing social media campaigns, analyzing web analytics, optimizing digital channels, and communicating effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
  • The individual will work with developers and other staff on projects to drive sales
  • They will assist in online marketing initiatives to support the overall growth of the organization and enhance its online presence.
  • B2B & Lead Generation Focus – this is mandatory
  • Canva/Graphic Design Skills
  • Content & Authority Building Expertise
  • Experience with Product Development
  • Expertise with execution of marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and content creation.
  • Utilize CRM systems and marketing automation tools to manage client data and campaign performance.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and lead generation strategies.
  • Creative and work autonomously
  • Experience with international marketing
  • Experience in Professional Training/Conferencing/Events is a plus

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, communications or a related field.
  • Min. 4 years experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign) and digital marketing techniques
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong interest in corporate sales and marketing within the corporate industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Familiarity with AI-based marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, or similar) is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills. (verbal & written)
  • Experience in sales and marketing
  • Corporate experience is a plus
  • Create and distribute content marketing materials
    such as, newsletters, landing pages, and digital brochures.
  • Excellent Communication skills for collaboration and engagement with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with energy or consultancy industries is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in a remote work environment
