JOB Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily supply chain operations, vendor management, and procurement processes while gaining hands-on experience in logistics coordination, sourcing, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing purchase orders and supplier quotations.
  • Support vendor selection, on-boarding, and evaluation processes.
  • Track and follow up on procurement requests to ensure timely delivery.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of inventory and supply data.
  • Coordinate logistics and shipment documentation.
  • Participate in cost analysis and supplier performance reviews.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives in operations and supply chain.

Requirements

  • Recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Digital Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude
