The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, understanding their needs, presenting suitable solutions from our product portfolio, and closing sales. This role requires a proactive, persuasive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:Identify, engage, and qualify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and networking.Present and demonstrate our solutions, including ICT services, B2B SaaS applications, and marketplace offerings, to prospective customers.Understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions that meet their needs.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities using CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, Dynamics 365).Collaborate with the Business Development, Pre-Sales, and Product teams to ensure seamless customer experience.Provide feedback from the field to support product and service improvements.Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.Key Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.2–4 years proven experience in a Sales or Account Executive role, preferably in ICT, SaaS, or Consulting.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to engage and influence decision-makers at different levels.Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Good understanding of technology solutions and ability to learn technical concepts quickly.Proficiency in CRM tools and sales pipeline management.Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work under minimal supervision.Performance Metrics (KPIs):Sales revenue achieved (monthly/quarterly/annually).Number of deals closed.Conversion rate from leads to opportunities to closed deals.Sales activities (calls, meetings, demos).Customer satisfaction and account growth.What We Offer:Competitive salary with attractive commission structure.Opportunity to sell innovative ICT and SaaS solutions.Career advancement in a dynamic, high-growth environment.Access to training, mentorship, and product knowledge resources.If you're passionate about technology and closing deals, we invite you to join our ambitious sales team.
