Role: Business AnalystAs a Business Analyst, you will be required to understand and analyse existing processes and suggest improvements through process or product changes yielding better cost, speed, reliability or customer experience in City Logistics (CL) and Warehouse operations with high process quality. Your Responsibilities:Lead the yearly BBD infrastructure planning process which includes computing the intra requirements based on demand, supply challenges and design improvements, align the plan with different stakeholders Ops, Fin Planning, etc and devise solutions for addressing capacity challenges.Compute the intra capacity and infra requirement on a monthly basis for manpower planning and align the same with Zonal Operations.Execute charters for infra capacity improvement by working with Analytics and Zonal Operations to deploy the same.Other than the above charters, you will be expected to work on any new design projects related to either cost, speed or reliability as per the organizational requirement.  Requirements Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseMinimum of 1 years proven experience Strong analytical skills and problem -solving skill Ability to work with multiple stakeholders Good program management -skillSuperior written and oral communication skills. Education Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in related fields. - Relevant Certifications.
