We are seeking to engage a competent and experienced Mechanical/Rotating Engineer who would be responsible for maintenance, inspection, testing, preservation, storage, and reliability assurance of all types of industrial pumps, including centrifugal, reciprocating, submersible, diaphragm, and gear pumps.

They may will also from time to time provide technical sales support to business development team in marketing our range of pumps and related services to boost sales and client satisfaction.


Rotating Equipment (Pump) Engineers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the maintenance, inspection, testing, and troubleshooting of all types of pumps.
  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Analyze performance data to enhance pump reliability and efficiency.
  • Supervise repair, alignment, balancing, and assembly activities.
  • Ensure compliance with OEM specifications, IMS standards, and HSE policies.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical reports and reliability improvement recommendations.
  • Support the business development team during client engagements and technical presentations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or related Engineering field.
  • Minimum of
    10 years' proven experience
    in pump maintenance and reliability engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of pump operation principles, seals, bearings, and lubrication systems.
  • Proficiency in vibration analysis, alignment tools, and root-cause failure analysis.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in technical sales or client support will be an added advantage.


Rotating Equipment (Pump) Technicians / Operators

We are seeking skilled and experienced Rotating Equipment (Pump) Technicians/Operators to carry out the operation, maintenance, inspection, and testing of various industrial pumps, including centrifugal, reciprocating, submersible, diaphragm, and gear pumps, ensuring they are always in good working condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out inspection, disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly of all pump types.
  • Conduct routine maintenance, testing, and alignment under engineering supervision.
  • Record equipment performance data and identify early signs of deterioration.
  • Assist in troubleshooting, repairs, and component replacements.
  • Maintain proper storage, tagging, and preservation of pumps and accessories.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards during all operations.
  • Provide technical support during field mobilization, testing, and demonstrations.

Requirements:

  • ND or equivalent trade certification in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of
    7 years' hands-on experience
    with industrial pump maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of pump assembly drawings and components.
  • Skilled in using mechanical tools, gauges, and alignment instruments.
  • Team player with strong attention to detail and safety discipline.
  • Willingness to travel or work offshore when required.
  • Sales or field demonstration experience will be an advantage.

Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) Engineers – Pumps, Motors & Control Panels

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) Engineer with proven expertise in the maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and reliability assurance of industrial pumps, electric motors, and motor control panels. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the operational reliability of our rotating equipment systems, while also supporting our business development team in technical presentations and equipment demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation systems associated with industrial pumps and electric motors.
  • Inspect, test, and maintain motor control panels (MCCs), VFDs, soft starters, and automation systems.
  • Diagnose electrical faults in motors, starters, sensors, transmitters, and control circuits.
  • Carry out calibration and verification of pressure, flow, temperature, and vibration instruments used in pump systems.
  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for electrical and control systems.
  • Ensure compliance with IMS procedures, HSE standards, and OEM specifications.
  • Prepare technical reports, inspection checklists, and root cause analysis documentation.
  • Provide technical input and client support during equipment demonstrations or project bids.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Control Engineering.
  • Minimum of 10 years' hands-on experience with pump electrical systems, industrial motors, and control panels.
  • Strong understanding of power distribution, motor protection, and control logic.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting PLC systems, automation networks, and field instrumentation.
  • Proficiency in using test instruments such as multimeters, loop calibrators, and insulation resistance testers.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with industry standards (IEC, ATEX, or ISO) and safety codes.
  • Experience supporting technical sales or product demonstrations is an added advantage.


Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) Technicians / Operators – Pumps, Motors & Control Panels

The successful candidates will handle the installation, inspection, calibration, and repair of electrical systems and control panels for pumps and electric motors across onshore, offshore, and international operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, inspect, and maintain electrical components, motors, and instrumentation systems related to pump operations.
  • Carry out wiring, termination, and connection checks on motor control panels, MCCs, and VFDs.
  • Perform loop checks, continuity and insulation resistance tests, and troubleshoot electrical faults.
  • Calibrate and verify pressure, flow, and temperature instruments for pumps.
  • Assist engineers during installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, calibrations, and maintenance history.
  • Follow safety and IMS procedures and promote best practices on every project.
  • Support business development and field demonstration activities as required.

Requirements:

  • OND/HND or equivalent certification in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years' practical experience working with industrial pumps, motors, and control systems.
  • Sound knowledge of electrical drawings, control circuits, and P&ID interpretation.
  • Proficient in using test equipment such as megger, clamp meter, and calibrators.
  • Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and safety consciousness.
  • Willingness to work offshore or travel for international assignments.
  • Exposure to customer support or technical product demonstration is an advantage.
