Hotel barge offering 6-night cruises in central France, seeking hardworking chef and host/hostess for season 2026.
Period: Mid-March to mid-October

About the job, for the chef position:
We are looking for a Chef to work aboard a luxury private barge cruising through the French canals. Responsible for preparing gourmet menus with fresh local ingredients for 6 guests (6 pax) and 4–5 crew members, managing stock, and maintaining the highest hygiene standards.
Fluent English is essential, and French is highly appreciated. Previous experience in luxury hospitality, a driving license, and EU work authorization required.
About the job, for the host/hostess position:
Main duties:
- Serve breakfast, drinks, and lunch
- Present and describe wines
- Keep guest rooms and common areas spotless and welcoming
- Offer a warm, attentive service and make guests feel at home
- Laundry (towels, napkins…)
About you:
- Experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining
- Professional, organized, and energetic
- Friendly, team worker, and guest-focused
- Valid driving license required
