Job Title: Pricing Analyst (Short-Let / Hospitality)

Job Summary

The Pricing Analyst will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing property pricing across platforms such as Airbnb, , and PriceLabs. This role involves ensuring competitive pricing strategies, maximizing occupancy and revenue, and maintaining alignment with market trends and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and regulate daily and seasonal pricing across Airbnb, , and PriceLabs.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor rates, and occupancy data to recommend dynamic pricing adjustments.
  • Ensure all listings reflect accurate rates, discounts, and minimum-stay requirements.
  • Monitor property performance metrics (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy rates) and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Support teams to ensure pricing aligns with property availability and quality standards.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly revenue performance reviews and prepare analytical reports for management.
  • Identify and address pricing discrepancies or errors across all channels.
  • Support the development and implementation of pricing strategies to enhance profitability.

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Hospitality Management, or related field.

- 1–3 years' experience in revenue management, pricing analysis, or data analytics (preferably within the hospitality or short-let industry).

- Proficiency with PriceLabs, Airbnb, and dashboards.

- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, etc.).

- Ability to interpret data and make informed pricing recommendations.

- Excellent organizational, communication, and reporting skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple listings and deadlines.
