The Executive Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, and identifying new business opportunities. The Executive Sales Manager will also oversee sales teams, provide coaching and training, and monitor industry trends to stay competitive.QualificationsMinimum of 3 years proven experience in sales.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.In-depth understanding of real estate markets and client engagement strategies.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms.Ability to work under pressure and achieve results within deadlines.Fluency in English; ability to speak Hausa is a strong advantage.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred).
