Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Port Harcourt. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, understanding and meeting clients' financial needs, providing investment advice, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves evaluating financial data, preparing reports, and assisting clients with transactions.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager/Investment Adviser based in Port Harcourt. The Relationship Manager/Investment Adviser will be responsible for managing client relationships, offering investment advice, conducting market research and analysis, developing financial plans, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, assessing their financial needs, presenting investment options, and monitoring their portfolio performance.
Responsibilities:
Functional
· Onboarding new clients.
· Selling the company's services to potential clients.
· Managing and executing client requests.
· Ensuring client services are available on all the company's platforms.
· Preparation of monthly report on client engagement.
Strategic
· Contributing to market insights on client demography and marketing.
· Maintaining client relationships and brand image.
Experience and skills
Minimum Educational Requirement: BSc (preferably in Law, Finance, Economics, Business Management/Administration or Phycology)
Candidate Experience:
· Minimum 3 years post study experience
· Preferable previous experience in a commercial bank or finance service provider.
· Experience managing several stakeholders.
Key skills:
· Basic proficiency in use of Microsoft Excel.
· Intermediate proficiency in the use of Microsoft word and PowerPoint.
· Good understanding of mutual funds.
· Advanced communication skills- both written and oral.
· High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
· Highly developed problem-solving skills.
· Strong customer service skills
· High level of customer engagement – whilst effectively managing customer expectations.
· Ability to work in a team.
