is seeking a strategic
Enterprise Sales Lead
to drive adoption of the company's AI solutions across healthcare and adjacent industries, including financial services, logistics, e-commerce, education, and aviation.
As the head of sales, you'll define our GTM strategy, grow new market verticals, negotiate enterprise deals, and build an efficient sales engine that accelerates pipeline velocity. You'll work directly with leadership, shape our commercial direction, and champion Intron's value across Africa's leading enterprises.If you want to build a category-defining AI company and enjoy owning results end-to-end, this role was designed for you.

Your Responsibilities...
Sales Leadership & Strategy
- Own and refine our go-to-market strategy across all verticals
- Create targeted sales playbooks for healthcare, legal, education, and enterprise environments
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team (BDSL + account managers)
- Set quarterly/annual targets and track performance against KPIs
Business Development & Partnerships
- Convert pilots into commercial deployments with strong long-term retention
- Build and nurture senior-level relationships across hospitals, logistics firms, legal institutions, and corporates
- Negotiate enterprise contracts and pricing models
- Expand distribution through strategic alliances and channel partnerships
Sales Process & Execution
- Implement a disciplined pipeline management and forecasting structure
- Ensure seamless handoff across pre-sales, implementation, and customer success
- Standardize proposals, RFP responses, and commercial documentation
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and operations on solution readiness
Market Intelligence & Growth
- Analyze competitors, market shifts, and new growth opportunities
- Feed customer insights into the product roadmap
- Represent Intron at conferences, workshops, and strategic industry events

To Be Considered for This Role, You Should Have...
- 5+ years in enterprise sales, business development, or partnerships
- Experience in technology, financial services, healthcare, logistics, or e-commerce
- A proven track record of closing large enterprise deals
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to identify, evaluate, and scale new business opportunities
- Comfort operating in a remote, high-autonomy environment
- A genuine interest in building something meaningful .
