Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Logistics Bike Riders based in Abuja. Responsibilities include ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of food orders to customers, maintaining communication with the dispatch team, and adhering to all traffic regulations to ensure safe and secure delivery. Bike Riders will also be responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of their bikes and providing exceptional service to represent WakaFoods with professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in safe bike riding and knowledge of traffic rules and regulations
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to navigate and use GPS and other delivery-related tools
  • Basic bike maintenance and repair skills
  • Physical stamina and ability to work in varying weather conditions
  • Must possess a valid motorcycle license
  • Prior experience in food delivery or logistics is an advantage
