Job Title: IT Operations & Support Lead
Location: Ibadan, Oyo State
Employment Type: Full-time (6-month pilot; possible extension)
About role: Provide technical operations and support for a limited POS pilot: device provisioning, dashboard monitoring, remote troubleshooting, agent training, and reporting.
Liaise with Finance and Project Lead on reconciliation and device security.
Key skills: POS/Android device management, network/data troubleshooting, basic scripting or mobile device management knowledge helpful, customer-facing support experience, strong documentation and Excel skills.
