About the Role

We're hiring a
Site Manager
to oversee daily construction operations for one of our employer partners in
Ikoyi, Lagos State
.

The ideal candidate will manage on-site teams, enforce safety and quality standards, coordinate with engineers and architects, and ensure smooth project delivery within budget and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and laborers on site.
  • Track project progress against schedules and budgets.
  • Enforce compliance with OSHA, building codes, and safety protocols.
  • Conduct daily inspections to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Coordinate between architects, engineers, and clients to resolve onsite challenges.
  • Manage material deliveries, logistics, and site inventory.
  • Maintain accurate site documentation (daily reports, RFIs, change orders).
  • Communicate progress, milestones, and potential delays to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or related diploma (Building, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management preferred).
  • Minimum
    1 year of experience
    in site supervision or construction project management.
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project)
    .
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
