Role Description

We are seeking a full-time IT Officer to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. This is an on-site role that involves managing and maintaining the company's information technology systems. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, managing system and network infrastructure, providing technical support to staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT resources. The IT Officer will also contribute to the optimization of existing processes and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and problem-solving within IT systems to resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Expertise in System Administration, including the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems.
  • Skills in Network Administration to manage and support network hardware, software, and connectivity.
  • Experience in providing Technical Support to end-users with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Information Technology principles and practices to drive technology solutions and improvements.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a commitment to detail and efficiency in tasks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in IT or related domains (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) are an added advantage.
