About the Role

Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing company, is seeking an experienced and highly organised Assistant Manager to support daily operations and act as a reliable deputy to the management team.

This role is ideal for someone who can seamlessly assist the Manager in administrative, strategic, and operational duties — and confidently step into the Manager's role during business trips or international engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive support to the Manager in daily business operations.

Oversee team activities, ensuring smooth workflow and task completion.

Represent the Manager in meetings, correspondence, and decision-making when required.

Coordinate projects, track progress, and prepare reports for management.

Manage scheduling, communication, and follow-ups with clients, vendors, and partners.

Supervise administrative staff and ensure alignment with company standards.

Contribute to strategic planning and process improvement.

Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

3–5 years' experience in an administrative, operations, or supervisory role.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools.

Ability to work independently and handle high-level responsibilities.

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Must be professional, reliable, and confident in representing management.
