Role Description

Regional Sales Representative (Northern Nigeria)

Location: Northern Nigeria (Kano preferred; other major cities in the North considered)

Employment Type:Full-Time

Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Regional Sales Representative to drive the sales and distribution of Afribiotech's agricultural products and services across Northern Nigeria. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Hausa and English, have a strong understanding of the regional agricultural landscape, and possess excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a regional sales plan to achieve sales targets and market growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, agro-dealers, cooperatives, and farmers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, field days, and pharmaceutical training sessions.
  • Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and efficient product delivery within the assigned region.
  • Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product performance
    - Qualifications and Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology sector, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical industry input sales, or biotech product distribution.
  • Fluency in Hausa and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, travel extensively, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Good knowledge of biotechnology systems and stakeholders in Northern Nigeria.
