Job Summary

We're looking for a warm, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, you'll play a key role in creating a positive and efficient front-office experience.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line system
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure it's tidy and presentable
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Provide administrative support to various departments
  • Handle deliveries and coordinate with couriers

Requirements:

Minimum of SSCE

Excellent communication skills
