Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and diligent Lawyer with 2 years post-call experience to join our legal team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to both litigation and corporate practice, with a strong willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic firm.

  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 2 years
Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and handling litigation matters, including legal drafting, court filings, and appearances.
  • Support senior lawyers in managing corporate and commercial transactions.
  • Draft, review, and proofread legal documents, agreements, and correspondence.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategy and advisory work.
  • Maintain accurate case files, court schedules, and follow up on pending matters.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, regulators, and other external parties.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years post-call experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
  • Basic understanding of litigation and corporate/commercial law practice.
  • Strong legal drafting and research skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High level of organisation, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively with senior team members.
