The National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA) is Nigeria's domestic development agency for health and operates under the Ministry of Health. It supports the National Health Policy for the development, monitoring, and evaluation of Primary Health Care. The NPHCDA provides technical assistance for planning, management, and implementation of Primary Health Care, and also mobilizes resources both domestically and internationally for the advancement of Primary Health Care.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the Municipal Area Council for an Assessment Specialist. The Assessment Specialist will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing training programs, providing education, and ensuring effective communication within the agency. They will also analyze data and produce comprehensive reports to support the development and improvement of Primary Health Care services.

- Experience in conducting assessments and evaluations
- Experience in Education and Training
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Public Health, Education, or Social Sciences
- Experience in the health sector is a plus
