Location: Ikeja, Lagos

*Overview*

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Brand Manager to join our agency. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building and managing compelling brands. This role requires a strong focus on strategic brand development, exceptional client relationship management, and driving successful brand campaigns.

*Key Responsibilities*

  1. Brand Strategy & Development

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive brand strategies that align with client business objectives and market positioning.

Lead the creation of brand guidelines, core messaging, and value propositions for multiple clients across various industries.

Coordinate market research and competitive analysis with strategy teams to identify brand opportunities and challenges.

  1. Client Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for key client stakeholders regarding brand vision and direction.

Translate client needs and marketing goals into actionable and inspiring brand briefs for internal creative teams.

Ensure consistent, high-quality brand experience delivery across all agency projects and client touchpoints.

  1. Campaign & Project Oversight

Collaborate closely with creative, media, and account teams to execute integrated brand campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Monitor brand performance, track key metrics, and provide strategic recommendations for optimization.

Manage brand budgets and timelines effectively to ensure projects are delivered on scope and on schedule.

*Qualifications*

Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field, preferably within an agency environment.

Demonstrated ability to build, grow, and manage brands from strategy through execution.

Exceptional skills in client communication, presentation, and relationship management.

Strong strategic acumen and analytical skills, with a focus on business results.

A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
