Now, we're looking for a Marketing Associate who's passionate about branding and storytelling, has a strong interest in digital marketing, and is ready to take the next step in their marketing career.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Marketing Associate, you'll work closely with our team on both creative and strategic projects. This role goes beyond learning — you'll be contributing actively to client campaigns and helping shape brand experiences. Responsibilities may include:

  • Creating content for social media, newsletters, and blogs
  • Managing and scheduling posts across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  • Conducting market and competitor research
  • Supporting campaign execution and reporting
  • Assisting with email marketing and CRM updates
  • Participating in team brainstorming and planning sessions
  • Providing support for events or offline activations
  • Using tools like Canva, HubSpot, and Microsoft Office/Teams

You're a Great Fit If You:

  • Are based in Lagos and can attend weekly meetups in Lekki
  • Have prior experience (e.g., internships, freelance, or academic projects) in marketing, communications, or related fields
  • Have strong writing skills and an eye for visual storytelling
  • Are comfortable with social media platforms and basic marketing tools
  • Are organized, proactive, and open to feedback
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Proficient in creating visuals, basic video editing tools
  • You've worked with tools like Buffer, Canva, Hubspot, or any Marketing/CRM/design platform
