We are looking for a Technical Product Manager (TPM) who will own the product development lifecycle from idea to launch — ensuring the Cleaques platform continues to deliver seamless user experiences, reliable streaming, secure transactions, and scalable performance.

Job Summary

The Technical Product Manager will bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution. You'll collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and marketing teams to define the roadmap, manage product features, and oversee delivery. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, strong technical understanding, and a passion for entertainment technology.

Key Responsibilities

Ø Product Strategy & Planning

Ø Define, communicate, and execute Cleaques' product roadmap in alignment with company vision and market needs.

Ø Translate high-level business objectives into detailed technical requirements and user stories.

Ø Conduct research on emerging entertainment tech trends, user behavior, and competitor products to inform strategy.

Technical Execution

Ø Collaborate with engineering teams to define APIs, integrations, and technical architecture for streaming, ticketing, and booking features.

Ø Oversee product sprints, backlog prioritization, and ensure timely release of high-quality updates.

Ø Ensure the platform's infrastructure supports real-time streaming, secure payment processing, and reliable event ticketing.

Ø Monitor product performance using analytics tools, driving data-informed decision-making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Ø Partner with UI/UX designers to ensure intuitive interfaces and excellent user experience.

Ø Work with customer support and marketing to gather feedback and improve platform usability.

Ø Communicate technical roadmaps and progress to non-technical stakeholders in clear, actionable terms.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Ø Define acceptance criteria and testing protocols in collaboration with QA teams.

Ø Ensure compliance with data protection, intellectual property, and digital transaction standards.

Ø Continuously evaluate system reliability and performance under high-traffic conditions during live events.

Qualifications, Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's is a plus).

3–7 years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or similar role in a tech-driven company.

Experience in entertainment tech, streaming platforms, ticketing systems, or e-commerce preferred.

Technical Competencies

Solid understanding of backend technologies, APIs, cloud hosting (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and system scalability.

Experience with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Figma, Notion, etc.).

Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.).

Knowledge of CI/CD processes, microservices, and API integrations.
