Requirements:

  • Minimum of 0-1 year working experience.
  • Minimum of SSCE.
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Good knowledge of products.
  • Handling cash, operate POS systems, process payments, and issue receipts.
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Be Professional, punctual, follow store policies, and maintain a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with inquiries and product selection.
  • Process sales transactions using the POS system.
  • Restock shelves and maintain product displays.
  • Keep the sales area clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report low stock.
  • Promote ongoing sales, offers, and new products.
  • Handle customer complaints or direct them to a supervisor.
