As we scale our platform and expand our market presence, we are strengthening our written communications. We are therefore seeking a Content Manager who can translate complex technology solutions into clear, well-structured, and engaging blog posts and newsletters.

Role Overview

The Content Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing our blog and newsletter content. This role requires a strong writer who can simplify technical concepts, maintain a consistent brand voice, and produce content that educates, informs, and builds trust with our audience.

You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure all written content supports business objectives, product awareness, and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, write, and publish high-quality blog posts focused on PIS products, use cases, industry insights, and company updates.
  • Plan, write, and manage regular email newsletters that engage users, customers, and prospects.
  • Develop and maintain a blog and newsletter content calendar to ensure consistency and timeliness.
  • Translate technical concepts, APIs, and SaaS solutions into clear, simple, and professional written content.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align content with campaigns, product updates, and growth initiatives.
  • Apply basic SEO best practices to blog content to improve visibility and discoverability.
  • Edit, proofread, and optimize content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency with PIS's brand voice.
  • Track content performance (open rates, engagement, traffic) and suggest improvements.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in blog writing, newsletter creation, or content marketing.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to explain technical or complex topics in a simple and engaging way.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization best practices.
  • Experience with email marketing tools or newsletters is an advantage.
  • Strong sense of brand voice, tone, and consistency.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Interest in technology, SaaS, or digital products is a strong advantage.
  • Access to a reliable laptop and stable power supply.
  • OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in a related field is an added advantage.
