ROLE SUMMARY
The Digital Communications Executive is responsible for crafting and managing GLI Consults' digital presence, brand voice, client-facing communication, and online visibility.
The role covers content creation, social media management, email communication, digital campaigns, community engagement, and support for marketing activities across all GLI products and client projects.
This role is ideal for someone creative, strategic, highly organized, and able to translate complex consulting insights into clear, engaging, and impactful digital content.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Content & Digital Strategy
- Develop and implement GLI's digital communication strategy across all platforms.
- Create high-quality content, including social media posts, newsletters, articles, case studies, and campaign materials.
- Convert consulting outputs (strategy decks, business insights, client projects) into digestible thought-leadership content.
B. Social Media Management
- Manage and grow GLI's presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and other relevant
- platforms.
- Plan monthly content calendars, design creatives, and schedule posts.
- Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content performance.
C. Brand & Communication
- Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and design across all digital and client-facing materials.
- Work closely with the Consulting Team to maintain clarity, cohesiveness, and professionalism in all communication.
- Support the development of branded materials for GLI programs, events, and client presentations.
D. Digital Campaigns & Marketing
- Run online promotional campaigns for GLI events, leadership programs, growth engine programs, and other initiatives.
- Manage email marketing: newsletters, announcements, onboarding emails, and client updates.
- Support the launch and digital promotion of GLI products.
E. Website & Online Presence
- Update website content (services, case studies, blogs, resources).
- Track traffic performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements.
- Ensure strong SEO positioning through optimized content and keywords.
F. Media & Public Relations
- Support press communications, announcements, and media relations when required.
- Assist in creating PR statements and stakeholder communication materials.
G. Internal & Client Support
- Support the consulting team with creative materials for proposals, strategy decks, and pitch presentations.
- Assist in documenting events, training sessions, and client engagements for internal and external use.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital communications, content creation, or social media management (agency/consulting experience is an advantage).
Core Skills
- Strong communication and copywriting skills.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe tools, or similar creative design software.
- Understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and digital growth strategies.
- Video editing and motion graphics skills (added advantage).
- Strong research ability and capacity to simplify complex consulting topics into engaging content.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing tools, and website content management.
