MedSpa Setup & Operations Consultant

A new MedSpa is set to launch in Lagos Nigeria, and we're inviting experienced consultants or firms in the aesthetics, beauty, and wellness industry to support end-to-end setup and operations.

Scope of Work:

The selected consultant(s) will provide expertise across:


• Clinic Setup & Launch: Location sourcing, lease negotiation, buildout supervision, Licenses, and procurement of FDA/CE-approved equipment.


• Product & Pricing Model: Develop treatment catalogue, membership structure, loyalty programs, and upsell strategy.


• Operations & Governance: Establish internal control systems, SOPs, audit processes, and performance frameworks.


• Recruitment Support: Assist with sourcing and onboarding technical and clinical staff.

Who We're Looking For:

Professionals with proven experience in MedSpa setup, aesthetic clinic end to end operations ideally with backgrounds from beauty, wellness and aesthetics clinics.

Deliverables include:

Setup roadmap, vendor and equipment list, pricing model, full SOP suite, internal control documentation, and recruitment support for key staff.
