Fiber Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced *Field Supervisor* to lead and coordinate day-to-day fiber deployment and installation activities within the Fibrous division. The role ensures all field teams deliver safe, timely, and high-quality installations that meet our technical and customer satisfaction standards.

*Key Responsibilities:*

Supervise multiple field installation teams, plan routes, and allocate daily tasks.

Inspect completed jobs for quality, neatness, and compliance with standards.

Review splicing, termination, and OTDR/power test results for accuracy.

Mentor technicians, conduct toolbox meetings, and enforce HSE compliance.

Serve as the main point of contact for clients and ensure smooth coordination.

Maintain detailed reports on performance, manpower, and field activities.

*Requirements:*

OND/HND/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering.

3–5 years' experience supervising fiber optic installations or FTTH operations.

Strong understanding of fiber testing tools (OTDR, OPM), splicing standards, and FTTH network structure.

Proven leadership, reporting, and communication skills.

HSE certification or safety training is an added advantage.
