Join our PropTech team as a highly mobile Field Data Scout This essential fieldwork role involves actively traveling across designated high-value areas of Lagos Island using a bicycle to collect and verify crucial real estate data. If you are detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable riding a bicycle daily, this is your chance to contribute to the foundation of a transformative technology platform.

What You Will Do (Responsibilities)

  • Field Data Collection: Confidently ride a bicycle daily across assigned zones to conduct on-site data gathering.
  • Data Accuracy: Collect and input specific property details, verification notes, and local area information using provided mobile tools (e.g., smartphone apps).
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all collected information is highly accurate, organized, and uploaded to the central platform in real-time.
  • Coordination: Maintain clear communication with the Field Operations team for assignment updates, verification checks, and prompt issue reporting.
  • Professionalism: Maintain confidentiality and represent the company professionally while interacting in diverse neighborhoods.

What You Will Bring (Requirements & Skills)

  • Mandatory Skill: MUST be able to confidently and efficiently ride a a bicycle for extended periods daily.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong knack for observing, recording, and reporting information accurately.
  • Technology Comfort: Proficiency with or willingness to quickly learn mobile data collection and GPS/mapping tools.
  • Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and highly capable of working independently in an outdoor, dynamic environment.
  • Location Advantage: Residency within or strong familiarity with Lagos Island, Ikoyi, Victoria Island, and Lekki neighborhoods is highly desirable.
  • Qualification: No formal degree is required; practical ability and commitment to fieldwork are prioritized.
