Job Summary

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and orderliness of accommodation rooms, common areas, and assigned facilities. The role ensures that all spaces are well-kept, comfortable, and meet hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and tidy rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces.
  • Change linens, make beds, and restock toiletries and amenities.
  • Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces regularly.
  • Report damaged items, safety concerns, or maintenance needs.
  • Ensure laundry is properly washed, dried, folded, and stored.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and use supplies responsibly.
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Assist with deep cleaning tasks when required.
  • Provide general support during guest check-in or check-out (if applicable).

Requirements

  • Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience (advantage).
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
  • Good physical stamina and time-management skills.
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and committed to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
