Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abuja for a Center Manager. The Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the center, managing staff and resources, and ensuring excellent service delivery to clients. Key responsibilities include scheduling and monitoring classes, coordinating with educational counselors, managing customer inquiries, maintaining student records, and meeting operational benchmarks. The Center Manager is also expected to implement marketing strategies to promote services and build partnerships with educational institutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and team management skills to oversee staff and center operations
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills for engaging with students, parents, and partners
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling, record-keeping, and multitasking
  • Proficiency in marketing and business development, as well as experience building relationships with stakeholders
  • Strategic problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Familiarity with education systems, admissions processes, and related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a relevant field; master's degree preferred
