Job Summary:

As a Supervisor in our client's Supermarket, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various departments within the supermarket to ensure that operations run smoothly and guests are provided with exceptional service. You will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining standards, and ensuring that the supermarket meets its financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily operations of various departments within the supermarket.

2. Manage staff by hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating performance.

3. Ensure that the supermarket meets and maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.

4. Monitor revenue and expenses to ensure the supermarket meets its financial goals.

5. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

6. Work with other members of management to develop marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.

7. Resolve customers complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

8. Ensure that the supermarket is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma.

* Previous supervisory experience in retail, ideally in a supermarket.

* Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage staff effectively.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly.

* Proficiency in inventory management software and POS systems.

* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
