Are you a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing Associate with a passion for building strong brands online? Do you know how to turn social media into a powerful growth engine? If yes, we would love to meet you.

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Digital Marketing Associate to manage and grow our online presence, engagement strategy, and digital growth across all platforms.

Responsibilities as our Digital Marketing Associate:

Plan, develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with our business goals

Manage all social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp)

Create engaging content (reels, posts, stories, captions, hashtags, and campaigns)

Oversee branding consistency and visual aesthetics across all platforms

Grow community engagement, leads, and enrollment through digital channels

Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn)

Track performance via analytics and provide monthly reports

Develop content calendars and online campaigns for promotions and events

Collaborate with management to improve brand visibility and conversion funnels

Requirements

Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Associate or similar role

Strong knowledge of social media marketing and digital advertising

Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads & social media analytics

Excellent copywriting and communication skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Must be innovative, strategic, and growth-focused

Graphic design skills are a strong advantage

Experience with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools is highly desirable.
