Job Title: Head, Strategy & Operations

We are seeking a highly strategic, analytical, and execution-driven Head of Strategy & Operations to lead business performance, operational excellence, and organisation-wide strategic initiatives.

This role requires a dynamic leader who can translate vision into action, streamline processes, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure the business operates at a high-performance level.

The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking, operational mastery, stakeholder influence, and data-driven decision-making.

What You'll Do

Strategic Leadership & Business Planning

Lead the development, refinement, and execution of the organisation's strategic plan.

Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and industry research to guide strategic decisions.

Identify growth opportunities, business risks, and improvement areas across departments.

Define strategic priorities, KPIs, and performance targets for the organisation.

Operational Excellence & Process Improvement

Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with strategy.

Build, optimise, and standardise operational processes, workflows, and internal systems.

Champion digital transformation, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement practices.

Ensure seamless execution of strategic and operational projects from planning to delivery.

Performance Management & Reporting

Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools to track business performance.

Lead strategy review meetings, quarterly performance analysis, and operational check-ins.

Provide data-backed insights and recommendations to enhance organisational performance.

Ensure timely reporting to leadership, stakeholders, and governance structures.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

Partner with Finance, HR, Product, Technology, Sales, and Operations to align company-wide execution.

Manage cross-functional initiatives and ensure teams are working towards unified strategic goals.

Facilitate effective communication between departments and executive leadership.

Support senior leadership with high-priority strategic projects and special initiatives.

Leadership & People Enablement

Lead and mentor the Strategy & Operations team.

Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and strategic thinking.

Support organisational change initiatives and ensure alignment across teams.

Drive adoption of new systems, processes, and performance standards.

What We're Looking For

6–10 years' experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Management Consulting, or Corporate Transformation.

Strong background in business strategy, operational management, or performance optimisation.

Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and complex strategic projects.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making skills.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and documentation abilities.

Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Google Workspace, and strategic planning tools.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing, and dynamic organisational environment.

Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
