Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Manager, located in Lagos. The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing the sales team, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include market analysis, overseeing promotional activities, and collaborating with other departments to ensure the company's growth and success.

Qualifications

  • Sales management, sales strategies, and achieving sales targets
  • Marketing strategy development and execution, market analysis, and promotional activities
  • Client relationship management and identifying new business opportunities
  • Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Lagos
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the power solutions industry is an advantage
