Black Fragrance School of Design is looking for talented and versatile Fashion Designers who can create, cut, and sew both male and female (unisex) outfits. You'll work closely with the Head of fashion Department (HOD) to produce high-quality garments, support students' learning experience, and uphold the school's creative standards and design principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and sew a wide range of male, female, and unisex garments.
  • Interpret sketches, patterns, and design ideas into finished pieces.
  • Collaborate with the Fashion Instructor and department head on collections, class projects, and exhibitions.
  • Maintain the school's quality standards and follow creative direction from the HOD.
  • Assist in preparing garments for displays, showcases, and special projects.
  • Guide and support students during practical sessions when required.
  • Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as a fashion designer or tailor skilled in both male and female wear.
  • Excellent sewing, pattern-making, and finishing skills.
  • Good eye for color, fabric, and fit.
  • Ability to work well under supervision and as part of a creative team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.
  • Certificate or diploma in Fashion Design or related field is an added advantage.
