Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Social Media and Content Specialist. The role will involve creating and managing compelling content for social media platforms, developing digital marketing strategies, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across channels. The candidate will plan, schedule, and execute social media campaigns while monitoring and analyzing performance metrics. Collaboration with clients, team members, and stakeholders to align content with organizational objectives will also be integral to this position.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing and general Marketing principles
  • Strong Communication skills, including writing, editing, and collaboration
  • Experience managing multiple social media platforms and using analytics tools
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content tailored to target audiences
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Previous experience in a PR, communications, or agency environment is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred
