Job Title: Hotel Cashier

Location: Oyo Town

Experience: 5 Years (Entry-Level Position)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hotel Cashier to manage front-desk payments, reconcile transactions, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong numerical skills and previous cashiering experience in a hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process guest payments (cash, POS, transfers).
• Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Reconcile daily cash, POS, and accounts before handover.
• Assist guests with billing inquiries and provide courteous service.
• Maintain proper documentation and follow hotel financial procedures.
• Report any discrepancies to the supervisor or manager.
• Support the front desk team with simple administrative tasks when needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a cashier (hotel experience preferred).
• Strong accuracy, numeracy, and attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills (POS, Excel is an advantage).
• Must reside in Oyo Town.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₦70,000.00 per month
