We're now expanding our business development operations in Nigeria and looking for a talented LinkedIn Lead Generation & Appointment-Setting Specialist to join our remote team.

Role Overview

Your main goal is to generate qualified leads and book meetings with potential clients (founders, executives, and decision-makers) using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator.

You'll be responsible for turning LinkedIn into a consistent lead generation machine for Metricoid.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research and identify potential leads across target industries and geographies (mainly USA & EU).
  • Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages to generate conversations.
  • Manage and optimize LinkedIn profiles (company and founder) for better engagement.
  • Build, organize, and manage lead lists in Sales Navigator or Apollo.
  • Engage with posts, comments, and communities to increase visibility and trust.

Book qualified appointments using or Calendly.

Track and report outreach performance weekly (connections sent, replies, meetings booked, etc.).

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in LinkedIn B2B lead generation or appointment setting.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and tools like , Dripify, Expandi, or Waalaxy.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Prior experience generating leads for software development, IT, or SaaS companies.
  • Strong understanding of lead qualification, outreach sequences, and CRM tracking.
  • Self-driven, accountable, and comfortable working remotely.

Nice to Have

  • Experience using Zoho CRM or similar systems.
  • Familiarity with US and EU B2B markets.
  • Basic understanding of AI, SaaS, or tech services (advantageous).

Compensation

₦200,000/month (fixed)

5% recurring commission on every deal closed

Fully Remote (Nigeria)
