Our client, a Financial Investment and loan solution company, seeks to hire an Account Technician. Job Summary: The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintainingaccurate financial records, processing invoices, and supporting variousaccounting functions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention todetail, and a foundational understanding of accounting principles. Responsibilities: ​ - Process accounts payable andreceivable transactions, ensuring accurate and timely payment processing. - Prepare and maintain financialrecords, including invoices, receipts, and general ledger entries. - Assist in monthly and year -endfinancial closing processes by reconciling accounts and preparing necessarydocumentation. - Review, verify, and reconcilediscrepancies in financial statements and data. - Support the preparation offinancial reports by compiling accounting data and providing summaries offinancial activity. - Respond to internal and externalinquiries regarding account discrepancies, billing issues, and payment status. - Assist with audits by providingnecessary documentation and reports as requested. - Maintain up -to -date knowledge of accountingsoftware and tools to improve efficiency. - Collaborate with team members to enhanceaccounting processes and procedures​Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Accounting,Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. - Basic understanding of accountingprinciples and practices. - Experience in an accounting orbookkeeping role. - Knowledge of accountingregulations and compliance standards. - Experience with financialreporting and reconciliations. - Familiarity with ERP systems orother financial management software. - Proficiency in accountingsoftware and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. - Strong attention to detail andaccuracy in work. - Excellent organizational skillswith the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. - Good communication skills, bothwritten and verbal, for interacting with internal teams and suppliers. - Ability to work effectively bothindependently and as part of a team.
